The Santee Skate Pocket was built in 1999. It\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s made up of a small pyramid with a rail, a 6 ft. Launchpad hip that connects to a small 1/2 bowl, A curved ledge, a spine, and an 8 stair with a hand rail.Also has various little rails and an over sized 2 stair.
The park is very small hence the name \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\"skatepocket\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\"
When the park was first built, it was free, no security, no stupid recreational safety enforcers and pros would come on occasion.
Now there\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s bike sessions and skate sessions in shifts..
The bikes used to not be allowed until some dude came in and messed it all up. The bikes ruined all the coping and trashed the concrete.
Wouldn\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'t travel here...
