SKATE SMART
Protective gear is highly recommended: Helmets, Wrist Guards, Knee and Elbow Pads
Use of this facility may result in serious injury or death.
Weather conditions may affect the ramp surfaces.
Keep your equipment in working order.
SKATE ALERT
Know your abilities and skate within them.
Use of the skate park is at your own risk.
Reckless or dangerous skaters may be asked to leave the area.
SKATE COURTEOUS
Be respectful of others.
Moderate your language
Keep noise to a minimum.
Music is prohibited after 10:00 p.m.
SKATE HOURS
The City of Pierre curfew ordinance will be enforced. Those individuals under the age of 16 will be allowed to skate from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Those individuals over the age of 16 will be allowed to skate from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
PARK RULES
Individuals not using a skateboard, rollerblades or bicycle are considered spectators and should remain on the sidelines.
Benches, tables or other objects shall not be used as ramps or jumps.
No motorized equipment is allowed.
Illegal use of alcohol, tobacco or drugs is prohibited.
Graffiti, stickers or abuse of property will not be tolerated.
Please use the trash cans to dispose of litter.
